Know before your client does.
uptime checks every client site every 5 minutes and watches your cron jobs and backups. When something breaks, you get one clear email with the client's name on it. Not fifty.
Free during early access. When paid plans launch, you'll get at least 14 days' notice by email, and then it's $4.99/month or $49.90/year. Nothing is charged automatically; you choose whether to subscribe.

Confirmed by a second check one minute later. You'll get one more email when it's back up.
Sound familiar?
"The client emailed at 7am asking why their site was down. It had been down since midnight."
"The backup script stopped running in March. We found out in June, when we needed the backup."
"Our free monitoring plan isn't allowed for client work anymore, and the paid one only covers 10 sites."
Site checks and cron checks, in one calm inbox.
Website checks.
We load each site every 5 minutes (or less often if you like) and check the status code. Optionally, make sure a word like "Add to cart" is on the page.
Cron and backup heartbeats.
Every job gets a private URL. Add && curl to the end of the job. If the ping doesn't arrive on time, you hear about it.
Grouped by client.
Label every monitor with a client. Alerts, the dashboard and the weekly summary are all organized by client.
No false alarms at 3am.
A failed site check is re-checked a minute later before we email anyone. If our own network hiccups, we hold off instead of crying wolf.
One email, not fifty.
If a host goes down and takes 12 sites with it, you get one email listing all 12, then one when they're back. Flapping monitors are rate-limited.
A weekly summary you can forward.
Every Monday: uptime per client, incidents and missed jobs, all clients in one email, grouped by client. Turn it off anytime.
Set up in about three minutes.

Get the email.
If a site goes down or a job goes quiet, you'll know, along with your teammate or VA if you add them.
0 2 * * * /home/forge/backup.sh && curl -fsS -m 10 --retry 3 https://uptime.pintarlab.com/p/Xk3v9QwLr2sTnB7yHc4pZa
Ping only on success with &&. Send /fail to report a failure right away.
One plan. Everything included.
Less than one hour of a client's site being down.

Questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?+
No. Free during early access. When paid plans launch, you'll get at least 14 days' notice by email, and then it's $4.99/month or $49.90/year. Nothing is charged automatically; you choose whether to subscribe. After launch, new accounts get a 14-day free trial, also without a card.
How do you check my sites, and from where?+
We send a normal GET request from one server in a single data center in Jakarta, Indonesia (Southeast Asia) every 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, follow up to 5 redirects, and treat any 2xx or 3xx response as up (unless you require a keyword). A failed check is confirmed with a second check one minute later before we alert you. Our requests come from IP 31.97.67.230 with the user agent PintarlabUptime/1.0 (+https://uptime.pintarlab.com/). Allowlist both if a firewall like Wordfence or Cloudflare might block us.
What happens if your server goes down?+
Then we can't check anything or send alerts. That's the honest limit of a single-server monitor. We watch our own monitor with an independent outside service so we know within minutes. If our monitoring was offline, your dashboard shows exactly when, and we don't send false "your job is late" alerts for pings that couldn't reach us. If you need multi-region checks or 30-second intervals, a bigger service like Better Stack is a better fit.
How do heartbeats work?+
Each heartbeat has a private URL. Your job requests it when it finishes, for example backup.sh && curl -fsS -m 10 https://uptime.pintarlab.com/p/…. You tell us how often the job runs and how much slack to allow. If no ping arrives in that window, the heartbeat goes down and we email you. Request …/fail to report a failure immediately. Any language or tool that can make an HTTP request works.
Will I get flooded with emails?+
No. Everything that changes in the same minute arrives as one email. A monitor that keeps bouncing up and down gets at most one "down" email every 30 minutes, and there's a cap of 20 alert emails in any 24 hours. The 20th email tells you it's the last one for now and when alerts resume; until then the dashboard keeps showing live status.
Can I get alerts by SMS, Slack or Discord?+
Email only for now, to you plus up to two teammates. If you need another channel, tell us at support@pintarlab.com. It helps us decide what to build next.
Does it watch SSL certificates and domain expiry?+
An invalid or expired certificate makes a site check fail, so you'll hear about it then. For a warning weeks before a certificate or domain expires, use our sister product renewals, which tracks every renewal date for the same clients.
Can I use it for client work?+
Yes. Commercial use is included. Monitoring your clients' sites and jobs is exactly what it's for.
What happens to my data?+
It's yours. Export your monitors as CSV anytime, and deleting your account permanently removes everything. We don't sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy.
Track domain, SSL and hosting renewal dates for the same clients with renewals.
