Terms of Service

These terms add to the general Pintarlab Terms of Service.

Agreement

Using uptime (the "service"), operated by Pintarlab, a brand of CV Solusi Pintar (Indonesia), means you accept these terms, which add to the Pintarlab Terms. You must be 18 or older and give accurate account information.

The service

uptime checks the URLs you add from a single server at the interval you choose and records the heartbeat pings your jobs send. Monitoring and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Checks and emails can be delayed or missed, including when our own server, network or email provider is unavailable. We are not liable for downtime, missed jobs, data loss or any resulting loss, even if an alert fails to send. Don't rely on uptime as your only safeguard for critical systems.

Early access & billing

The service is free during early access. When paid plans launch, you'll get at least 14 days' notice by email, and then it's $4.99/month or $49.90/year (prices in USD; sales tax/VAT may be added at checkout). Nothing is charged automatically; you choose whether to subscribe. After launch, new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that also needs no card and never converts into a charge on its own.

If you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles tax and invoicing. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

Acceptable use

Only monitor sites and systems you own or are authorized to monitor. Don't use the service to load-test, scan or harass third parties, don't try to reach private networks through it, and don't abuse the ping endpoints. We may disable monitors or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own your data. You give us only the rights needed to run the service for you.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
